This is a sheet of the probably most famous series of the presentation of the "47 Rônin from Akô".
It shows the rônin Oribe Yahe Kanamaru as old warrior with a yari and his helmet in his hand.

Year of publication. Between August 1847 and January 1848
Condition: Sheet has been cut but restored in places. Reinforced all over at the back side. Isolated mold stains in the right lower area of the sheet.
Colours: Good.
